The stylish Bayside Lounge delivers a unique experience. With a spectacular new outdoor dining area overlooking Darling Harbour and the city skyline, the Bayside Lounge is the perfect place to recharge over a quiet coffee, have a great lunch, catch up on emails and the latest news, or simply escape from a busy day. On the second level of the Lounge is the Bayside Boardroom, the latest meeting space in the Centre.
The Centre is dedicated to preparing innovative, quality meals that delight its guests. Whether it's a large special event for 2000 or an intimate cocktail party for 60, the Centre's menus are designed to make any event an occasion to remember. There are a range of menus and beverages for all types of events, including exhibition on stand functions.
The Centre has high speed and quality connections for data, internet, networking and video services, which are accessible from more than 1000 points within the venue. These connections provide clients with high bandwidth internet access, the ability to network a number of rooms, and access to video conferencing for 'hard to get' speakers.
Centre Video Production (CVP) encompasses editing, television production, broadcast and recording facilities. The unit is frequently used by in-house clients for specialist editing, broadcasting and production of videos for conferences, exhibitions and special events. It is also used by major corporate organisations for the production of television commercials and corporate videos.
Whatever your technical requirements, the Centre's in-house expertise in lighting, sound and vision ensures your event is a success from start to finish. From a single stage light to a themed extravaganza, our team can create the concept and make it happen. The Centre's Audio Visual Project Managers handle all of the planning and production, plus provide creative advice for clients.
The Centre's Event Management team consists of Event Managers, Event Services Managers and Audio Visual Project Managers, who have extensive experience in all operational aspects of the meetings, exhibitions and special events industry. Their guidance and assistance helps to maximise the success of all events held at the venue.
The venue's Security Services team provides experienced professional security personnel for the exhibition and convention industry. The team consists of highly trained, fully accredited staff with an intimate knowledge of the Centre. Our Security Services unit also uses the latest technology to ensure maximum effectiveness.
The Centre is dedicated to providing a clean and professional venue to our clients and visitors. Our professional in-house Waste and Environmental Services team ensures the cleanliness of all events at the Centre, from small corporate meetings to major trade exhibitions.
