Our Event Management team consists of Event Managers, Event Services Managers and Audio Visual Project Managers who have a wealth of experience in all operational aspects of the meetings, exhibitions and special events industry.
Their role is to provide guidance and support in the planning and delivery of your event to ensure that it is successful.
The Centre's Event Management team comprises specialists in conventions and exhibitions. The Event Managers have experience across various departments within the Centre and a solid knowledge of venue management practices and Centre services. Their guidance and assistance will help you maximise the success of your event.
When you hold your event at the Centre, you will be allocated a dedicated Event Manager who will oversee the planning and delivery of your event.
Your Event Manager will be your main point of contact during the planning stages of your event. They can assist by:
The Event Services department provides "one point of contact" when your event is taking place in the Centre. The team is managed by the Convention Services Manager and the Exhibition Services Manager who possess an intimate knowledge of the venue and the specialist requirements of events.
Once your event is underway, the Event Services Manager will assume operational responsibility from the Event Manager and coordinate the Centre's staff to ensure your expectations are met and your event runs efficiently.
Your Event Services Manager is able to respond to any queries, amendments or additional requirements requested whilst your event is in the Centre. They also act as a final quality control to ensure that your event is a success.
You will be provided with a dedicated Audio Visual Project Manager to guide and assist in the technical planning and operation of your event. This Project Manager works closely with your Event Manager through the planning stages of your event. They will be the point of contact for all of your audio visual needs from set production through to Centre Video Production requirements.
The Centre's Audio Visual team has a wealth of in-house experience and is well equipped to ensure that clients get the most out of their budget.
