Our commitment to quality event catering is at the heart of everything we do - from sourcing the finest ingredients from across the country, to the careful preparation of each menu item on site. Your entire meal comes directly from the Centre’s kitchens to the table so we can be sure that no detail is left to chance. And our commitment doesn’t stop there - the Centre’s focus on delivering the highest quality event catering is reflected in our HACCP and ISO 22000 Food Safety certifications, the numerous awards won by our kitchen teams and also through our environmental policies.
To reduce waste to landfill the Centre only accepts food delivered in recyclable or reusable packaging, and with a focus on local produce and preparation on-site, we aim to limit unnecessary energy consumption from transport. As a supporter of food rescue charity, OzHarvest, the Centre also donates any excess food from events to help feed the disadvantaged.
